How to Brew

1. Use about 2g of tea leaves per cup.

2. For Gyokuro, use water at 60-70°C and steep for 90-120 seconds.

3. For Sencha and Kuki Tea, use water at 70-80°C and steep for 30-60 seconds.

For cold brewing: Steep the tea leaves in cold water for 5-7 minutes.
