| Non-returnable Items |
Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), personal care & beauty products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you are unsure about your item. |
| Exchanges |
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item. |
| Refunds |
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
