Kyushu Ramen Domannaka Oita Yuzu Tonkotsu 107g

A unique Oita-style ramen supervised by ramen specialist Ichiro Yamato from Yakan-tei, inspired by the local flavor of yuzu.

This ramen features non-fried thin noodles crafted by Torishi Shoten (Ukiha, Fukuoka) paired with a Japanese-style tonkotsu soup developed by Matsubara Shokuhin (Fukuoka).

Although no yuzu pepper is used, the addition of yuzu peel and juice gives the broth a refreshing citrus accent that perfectly balances the rich pork bone flavor.
