This bowl features non-fried thin noodles with a rich wheat aroma, crafted by Torishi Shoten (Ukiha, Fukuoka). The soup, developed with Ichiban Shokuhin (Iizuka, Fukuoka), is a miso-based broth enhanced with chili peppers and garlic, balanced with seafood accents and a subtle sweetness that rounds out the heat.
