A unique Kumamoto-style tonkotsu ramen supervised by ramen specialist Ichiro Yamato from Yakan-tei, distinct from Hakata and Kurume flavors.

It features non-fried thin noodles from Torishi Shoten (Ukiha, Fukuoka) paired with a pork bone broth developed with Matsubara Shokuhin (Fukuoka).

True to its name, garlic is used, but the flavor remains relatively light and approachable. The addition of mayu (roasted garlic oil) is refined, making this ramen enjoyable not only for men who favor bold flavors but also for women who prefer a more balanced taste.
