It contains plenty of dietary fiber, calcium, and iron from "black sesame," finely sweetened roasted soybean flour made from domestically sourced soybeans, and "domestically produced raw cane sugar" made from 100% sugar cane from the Amami Islands. No artificial sweeteners or flavors are used. It's a delicious way to supplement the nutrients that are often lacking, such as dietary fiber, calcium, and iron. How to Use
Add 2 heaping tablespoons (approximately 15g) to 150ml of milk or soy milk, mix well, and it's ready to serve. Enjoy it hot or iced. Adjust the amount of milk or soy milk according to your preference.
