How to Use:
- Draw a line where you want to create puffy tear bags.
- Immediately after drawing, blend with your finger for a naturally puffy look.
- The tip is very soft, so only extend it about 1mm when using.
- Once extended, the tip cannot be retracted, so be careful.
- When first using, twist the container several times until the tip comes out.
