Pre-orders & release dates Many items are sold before their official release date in Japan.
Payment is taken at checkout, and your item ships once it arrives at our Japan office after the official release date. Release dates are set by the manufacturer and may shift without notice — we'll email you if this happens.
Import duties and taxes Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (if applicable) are not included in your order total and may be charged separately by your local customs office or carrier at the time of import.

Returns and exchanges We accept returns and exchanges based on our Returns Policy.
Since we only sell brand-new, factory-sealed items, returned products must be unopened and in their original condition to be eligible. Any shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes related to a return are the customer's responsibility.
