Every Highplace order ships directly from Osaka, Japan — fully tracked — for a flat USD 9.90 worldwide, regardless of weight or destination. Orders ship via Japan Post EMS with signature on delivery, except orders to the United States, which ship via UPS.

Shipping Fee

A flat shipping rate of USD 9.90 applies to every order, worldwide, regardless of weight or destination. The shipping fee is shown at checkout before payment. We do not offer free shipping — instead, we keep one honest flat rate for everyone.

Order Preparation

In-stock orders are carefully packed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. We dispatch Monday through Friday (Japan time). If an item is temporarily unavailable, preparation may take longer and we will contact you by email with an update.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 5–8 business days. Actual delivery time depends on your country's postal network and, most significantly, customs processing.

Once your parcel enters the destination country, customs inspection and clearance times are determined solely by that country's authorities and are beyond our control. Time spent in customs — including any period your carrier holds the parcel while awaiting payment of import charges — is not included in the delivery estimate. Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other events outside our control are not grounds for cancellation or compensation.

Pre-order Shipping

Pre-order items ship after the manufacturer releases them. Estimated release dates shown on the product page are set by the manufacturer and may change. Pre-orders are dispatched as soon as stock arrives at our facility, following the same preparation and delivery timeline above.

Tracking Your Parcel

Once dispatched, your tracking number is sent to your email automatically. You can also check your delivery status anytime on our Track Your Order page — you'll find the link in the footer of every page on our site.

Secure Packaging

Every order is packed in-house with protective materials to help ensure figures and collectibles arrive safely. Please note that minor outer-box wear during international transit is normal and is not considered a defect — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders ship on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis. The item price and shipping fee do not include import VAT, customs duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient, are determined by the laws of the destination country, and are collected by your local customs authority or carrier upon or after delivery — we have no control over the amounts.

Our cart page includes an import tax estimator for major destinations. Figures shown there are indicative only; the final amount is determined by your customs authority.

Refused or uncollected parcelsRefusing delivery, failing to collect a parcel within the carrier's holding period, or abandoning a package because of import charges is not treated as an approved return. See our Return & Refund Policy for how such cases are handled.
US
Shipping to the United States — UPS onlyFollowing the suspension of the U.S. de minimis exemption, all shipments to the United States are subject to import duties regardless of value. Japan Post EMS requires the sender to prepay U.S. duties before dispatch, which is incompatible with our DDU model, so orders to the United States ship via UPS, fully tracked. Customs duties and a UPS brokerage fee are collected from you by UPS upon delivery. U.S. tariff rules change frequently; the amount charged is determined by U.S. Customs and UPS at the time of import.
