These Ichida dried persimmons are known for their chewy texture, white powder on the surface, and beautiful amber color inside. As a representative dried persimmon of Nagano Prefecture, they are delivered directly from the production area in Shinshu to ensure the best quality across Japan.
In recent years, their popularity has grown not only domestically but also internationally, and they are gaining recognition as a premium persimmon. These dried persimmons are perfectly sized for a quick bite or two. It’s not uncommon for them to sell out quickly, especially after being featured in TV programs.
New products are shipped sequentially as soon as drying is complete, starting from early to mid-December. From early to mid-December to early March, the product is shipped at room temperature, and during other seasons, it is delivered frozen via cool delivery. Upon arrival, please store the product in the refrigerator or freezer. Storing them in a warm place, such as a living room, may cause the white powder (which is the persimmon's natural sugar) to disappear and leave the surface sticky.
