Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine 100g of the flour mix with 120 ml of water.
2. Add your preferred fillings, such as chopped cabbage, green onions, and any seafood or meat.
3. Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat and pour in the batter, forming a thick pancake.
4. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
