Since its establishment in the 20th year of Meiji (1887), for over 120 years, we have been committed to creating "authentic food culture" and have been engaged in the manufacture and sale of meticulously crafted seasonings, with organic soy sauce at the forefront. Our products have obtained the "Organic JAS Certification" and are made from domestically produced organic whole soybeans, domestically produced organic wheat, and sun-dried salt. They are naturally brewed soy sauce certified by Organic JAS, fermented and matured for over three years in cedar barrels, known for their suitability for brewing, at temperatures corresponding to the four seasons.
