Using the "Asazaki method" to preserve the shape of the Aosa seaweed leaves, it is prepared in a shorter time than "Edomurasaki." The texture is smooth, highlighting the seaweed's flavor, and is enriched with the umami of bonito and scallops.

Serving Suggestion - Gohandesuyo Toast: Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1 slice of bread (6 slices per loaf)
- 1 tablespoon Gohandesuyo!
- 30g pizza cheese
- 1/4 stalk green onion
Instructions:
- Spread a thin layer of Gohandesuyo! on the bread.
- Sprinkle finely chopped green onion on top.
- Add pizza cheese.
- Toast in an oven toaster until the cheese is golden brown, then serve.
