The unique aspects of Ichiran’s noodles, soup, and secret sauce have been painstakingly crafted to maintain the authenticity of the ramen.
The noodles were refined to combine firmness with smoothness, while the pork-based soup is a blend of powder and liquid to offer the perfect balance of flavor and texture. A special "secret sauce" was also developed, exclusively for this cup ramen.
