We accept returns (returns, exchanges, refunds, order cancellations) within 15 days after receiving the product. To request a return, the product must be kept in its original condition; that is, not worn or used, with tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If the return is approved, for products received through UPS or DHL, the courier will directly visit the customer to collect the returned goods. For products received via EMS, we will contact the customer separately regarding the collection method. For all returns, shipping costs are free.
Products sent back without a return request will not be accepted.
Damage and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if there’s no issue with the item, your refund will be approved. The refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Order Cancellation: Cancellation requests for orders not yet shipped can be refunded immediately, and requests after shipment are subject to the same return process mentioned above.
